We are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We close for a brief period over Christmas, usually from Christmas Eve through until just after New Year’s Day. Please contact us for exact dates.
Yes, all our prices include stringing where you are purchasing our pearls.
Most parcels are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We charge £9.50 for this service to include cost of postage (including guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm), packing and insurance to the relevant value. Where goods are valued at under £100 (and are not your customer’s goods – for example a restring that we are returning to you), we will send the item via Royal Mail Recorded service for which we charge £5 including packing.
For large stock orders that need to be strung we aim to deliver within 2 weeks. However, if you require something urgently we will always do our best to meet your request.
Most customers will make a payment online direct to our account. Account details are included on our invoices and statements. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque to the address on the Contact page, or call us to make a credit or debit card payment over the phone.
